The Floral + Flame mission is to create beautiful events that showcase each client’s personality.

Hi, I’m Lexie!

I am the owner and lead designer here at Floral + Flame. I started working for One Enchanted Evening (the previous name of this beautiful little flower company) in 2006 fresh out of high school and apprenticed under the former owner until I took over in 2011. I started from the bottom! Cleaning buckets and doing the dirty work to designing centerpieces and leading events on my own. It’s so important to know every piece of the puzzle.

I stumbled into florals. I originally wanted to take the culinary class at OTC and the class was full. So I thought flowers sound interesting. Turns out I’m pretty good at it and I looooove it. I love what I do because I love my clients and creating something just for them. I’m a hugger and getting that grateful hug after they see the design come to life is the ultimate reward.

I love being out on the boat and enjoying the sun any chance I get. I also love winter evenings in front of my fire place. Speaking of fire I enjoy spinning my fire hoop. Honestly anything where I’m letting go of the stress and relaxing is my favorite place to be.
